Fine, but if you are pro-abortion or pro legalized drugs, the party I support doesn't want or need your agenda. We are doing just fine without it.
Actually I'm neither. Like many libertarians (both the small and large L type), I'm willing to work with all people of goodwill to achieve our common objective. We must be victorious over the Marxist Democrats and their fellow travelers, the Greens.
I'm pretty sure she attacked Dan Quayle when he criticized the Murphy Brown character for glorifying single motherhood.
The socialist elitists have taken over Hollywood. If you are a stuggling actor, or an established one that wants to work, as most do, you will either sell your political soul to the elitists or you will keep your mouth shut. Most prefer working and keeping quiet. The ones that come out for the right thing to do have a huge amount of talent, or a huge amount of wealth, or both. This is the "Hollywood Black List" in reverse. Jimmy Woods has talent dripping off his nose, and a bank account to support his beliefs, Arnold..well, I need not go farther on Arnold.
Just a little story about James Woods. I was in LA several years ago, when they actually had a smoking room in the airport. I was coming from a medical convention there. I went to the smoking room to have a smoke. As I stood next to this guy that I recognized as, you guessed it, James Woods. I did not want to disturb the man as I know how that could be a pain in the ass, so I just stood there and smoked. There were 5 other people in the lounge and I don't think they recognized him. I really couldn't take it any longer so I said, "If you are in a film, I will see it. I really admire your talent, and excuse me for saying so". He looked at me with that slanted smile and replied, "so you're the one"! We struck up a conversation and I found a really nice, normal guy who smoked Winstons. We a couple of laughs, shook hands and left on our separate ways. The guy is normal, I promise you that.
I don't think conservatives will like old Mel joining forces with this major scumbag. I know I don't like it.

What the hell is wrong with Mel - trading $$ for principles never was his style.
