In view of the defendants *dubious* musical affiliations (it, has been known that said defendant has referred to Bono as 'my boy, Bono!!!), it would prove a conflict of interest for Happygal to act as barrister for the defence.
Happygal, will admit to owning a Springsteen 'Greatest Hits' CD - bought during the dubious, early 20's when said fledgling barrister had more money than sense, at a time when she had very little money!
Therefore her hiring, in this instance, can only be for the plaintiffs. Having that said, this should not compromise any future legal contractual engagements she may enter into with Mr. Mud.
