That *word*... >bristle<
"It appears this Celebrity Judge is up to having his palm greased!"
HA!!
Little do you know.
When that one dies??
...they'll bury him by strappin' him to an augar.
Mud...Mindy's more 'n likely just leery of you, after reading how ya tried to malign me earlier.
I'll see ya in a little bit...and I'll have your Post 450 with me.
Pvt to Mindy: Mud's ok, the boy just has too much Clinton/TerryMac on his mind!
U-oh! I'm to show my ignorance. What's an augar? :-)
Not exactly; I wish that were my problem, though.
Hell's bells, if I were having THOSE kinds of woes, that'd imply I knew my ass from a hole in the ground when it came to a guitar, anyway.
Which I don't. (~& it's too late to lie about it, anymore. {g} )
I practice Taekwondo -- Songahm -- & will be going for a 1st Degree Black Belt in a little under 2 years.
So at my age, that's been about as demanding of my time both physically & emotionally as anything I've ever attempted. I mean, marriage was *easy* by comparison. ;^)
Then there's the car club I've joined & all the activities which go along with that.
You get the idea; *divided* as in too many things on an already small plate? "
Been gettin' into fingerpicking on the Martin lately. It's lots of fun."
Excellent.
Man I'd love to hear ya play, Mr.A; make no mistake about that.
A professional such as yourself would have to admit one thing here, though.
A Martin -- any Martin -- makes it about as easy as it'll ever get; or, as easy as it can be.
...Martin's just such a fine instrument.
HA!!
Well, barring my having misspelled the word?
An augar's used for drilling post holes, Angel.
...essentially, it's an over-sized screw. ;^)
A posthole digger...MUD
Ah, so...MUD
Yea sure; but, I'm not talking about JessieLee, either.
I be talkin' 'bout you, son.
CM's callin' to ask you out on a *date*. (~what's wrong wich u, boy? Didn'tcha read what I wrote to CM, or what? You deef or sumpin'?)
"LOL!!!"
...yup. {g}
A-HA! No wonder I didn't know what it was. It's a boy toy! ;-)
Now, I'm wonderin' how Sultan will feel being strapped to a big drill bit - even post humously! :-)
The Missuz just got back, so I'm leaving the MudCave NOW...MUD
BTW...What's the MORAL of "Monsters, Inc."?!! This had CelebrityJudgeStatus implications, my FRiend...take yer time!!
I HERES what I wanna HERES!!
MUD
Close, but no ceegar, young man.
Taekwondo's Korean; *that* word is Japanese & looks like, "Ahso."
I dunno.
Buy 'em books, send 'em to school.
...& look what they do.
(~sorry I'd really love to stick around; but, it's every bit of 75* & sunny here. Gonna fire up the Red Rocket, take out the targa top, put in some ELO & go find me a Ford Mustang Cobra to kick the snot outa. C'ya later.)
Well, next weekend does promise to be a big one doesn't it?
I've got to admit, I'm starting to feel a little queasy. I remember when the war started in Afganistan...
I was at a Seattle Mariners game w/ with the Texas Rangers. It was the game that had been rescheduled because of the 9/11 attack.
I think everyone at the Seattle Safeco Field had the same feeling, as most everyone seemed very quiet before the game, sort of a collective 'butterflies in the stomach' moment, and a "Let's Roll" feeling all at the same time, for 45,000 people all in the same place.
And then when the Color Guard came out with the flag, and the National Anthem was being sung, many of the people had tears in their eyes.
I'll never forget that day, which seemed to take so long to get there, but when it did, we were all filled with worry and concern for our brave young men and women who were taking the fight straight to the enemy.
I imagine this time will be even more so, as when this battle starts, it's going to be an all-out assault like the world has never seen before, I believe. And while I'm confident of our victory, the initial onslaught may have many unforseen pitfalls, such as chemical, and biological attacks, etc.
We just don't know.
It's time for prayer for the troops. The time is drawing near. May God bless and protect them all.
FREEgards,
FBD
