Whhaaaaat? Amazing how the soccer orgs in my home town have hundreds of participants, but when they get to high school, they can't field a team. The athletes are playing football and lacrosse.

Thank you for this, AG, so much. Nothing could mean more to me.

To fill ya in-and this floored me-I actually received a phone call from Senator Bayh's DC office early last evening.

I suspect they called back (after about six or more calls from in the last couple of days-hehe) because I actually said I demanded (yikes!) as a citizen living in Indiana to KNOW exactly what steps my senator had taken to inform himself of Estrada's qualifications. That I was going to stand with placards in hand in front of his office in downtown Indianapolis, at lunch hour, tomorrow (today, now), I was that furious after the vote, yesterday.

The caller from his office ANSWERED my questions. Those above, #1- NO, Senator Bayh has not taken the opportunity to meet with Miguel Estrada, as offered by Mr Estrada to ALL senators with questions about his qualifications,

and, #2- Senator Bayh had profered no writeen questions to Mr Estrada, either.

AG-this is wrong. It is wrong to vote to deny this good man a chance for an up or down vote in our Senate. Very wrong. And hurtful to our system of nominating good people.

My guess is that they called me back because they do not want protests, of any sort, regarding this action in Indianapolis. Tough.

It is time to INFORM the voters here, and in each state where a senator who is hurting Miguel Estrada works out of.

These senators are COUNTING on the regular folks, their VOTERS as it were, being uninformed! I want to do my part to change that-one person at a time, as our President so often says about changing hearts.

Whew! Enough my dear friend...just wanted you and others to know-this matters.
