Pearl Harbor would be defended, and very secure if another attack was suspected. We would never let Pearl Harbor be attacked TWICE!

Pearl Harbor has no navies that can attack it.

It is unlikely to be subject to a military attack.

But, a terrorist attack is entirely possible (especially given the weak security at Kauai and Maui airports).
