NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shhhh! He will be going through the motions in America for the last time.
Renowned French mime Marcel Marceau brings his beloved character "Bip" back for what he says will be his final U.S. tour, playing 28 shows, kicking off on Sunday.
After 47 years of touring almost annually in the United States, including visits to small communities like Valdez, Alaska, Marceau will limit his activities after this year. The mime, who almost single-handedly revived the historic art form, will turn 80 on March 22.
Marceau, who famously spoke the only word ("Non") in Mel Brooks (news)' film "Silent Movie," begins the tour in Clearwater, Florida and winds up in New Mexico, taking in 14 states and 19 cities. He will also attend a reception in New York City for the new non-profit Marcel Marceau Foundation for the Advancement of the Art of Mime Inc.

Well, I'm all for taking it out on the French, but I'll make an exception for this 80-year-old innocent.

He's the perfect Frenchman -- he doesn't say a word. However, it is rumored that he knows how to surrender in sign language.

I do not think that any Freeper with a pulse (or without one, for that matter) likes a mime (esp. a French one).

If a tree falls in the forest, and it hits and kills a mime, does anyone care?

Nice white flag.

Marceau, who famously spoke the only word ("Non") in Mel Brooks (news)' film "Silent Movie," I can't believe they put that detail in this brief article, but whenever I think of Marceau, I do think of that scene in the movie. Hilarious!

"I hate mimes."
So do I. Clowns as well. Painted freaks.
To: WorkingClassFilth
ALL mimes should be tortured and killed!
