I do hope that the judge throws this one out pronto. As for that poor lady whose dog was murdered, I'd make sure that a restraining order was put out against this creep--while he is in jail and when he gets out! It is quite clear that this creep is profoundly disturbed and dangerous...

He should have left Leo alone, and Leo missed out on a good and happy life, and he is gone forever, and he died the worst kind of a death. Sorry, Buddy, you will not get much sympathy from me.

How does harrassing the victim figure in to the parole hearing and time off for "good behavior" or early release? I'd love to see this guy's parole board ask him about this?

uh...what the hell are you talking about? All I am saying is that the court stenographer is going to have their hands full keeping their last names straight.
To: marshmallow
His attorney ``must be a weasel,'"Nah, too easy...
To: Dimensio
He should have been thrown into oncoming traffic a long time ago -- big trucks, whose drivers have been advised beforehand not to swerve (wouldn't want to cause any accidents, ya know).
To: tessalu
And Leo's life was definitely more valuable than this human scumbag's life.

A much livelier discussion is taking place
here.
