Absolutely it was -- the RATs seem to keep forgetting that little detail! That woman is the most disgusting person I think I have ever witnessed in either House of Congress!

Every time they pull this "Need to know his views and judicial history" crap, they are admitting complete absentee oversight of the conduct and views of a very powerful judge in the federal system for the past fifteen years.

Not knowing what he has been up to for more than a decade says an awful lot about the democrats and their commitment to judicial oversight. I for one want my money back from the judicial committee during their last fifteen budgets since they sure have not been doing much to earn it.

How many other judges in the federal system do they know so little about?
