NYPD Blue is QUITE Blue

Did anybody else see NYPD Blue last night? I actually never watch the show, but I was scrolling past it and saw a FULLY NAKED WOMAN on the screen! I don't mean one of those coy little shots where you know they filmed a woman naked but strategically shielded the view. Oh, no, this was all naked from behind, one arm over breasts and another over the other area when she turned around.
Is this normal for this show?! If so, I'm truly shocked. (I'm not shocked by too much anymore, but this got me.)

NYPD Blue has been doing this since it debuted several years ago.

This is nothing new. NYPD Blue was the first to show a man's behind on newwork tv. No biggie!

How depressing. I suppose I'm just too sheltered.

What was the "other area?"

There are three points of nudity on the front of the female form, you figure it out.
To: Frank_Discussion
Just count your blessings they didn't show her significant other (Sipowitz). As I recall he's already done his token nude scene though.

The dreaded Belly Button. Jeannie (I Dream of Jeannie) never got to show hers, but let's face it - times are changing.

Hah. Very funny. OK, let's try this again: The three points covered by a female bikini bathing suit, in contrast to a bikini speedo-style men's suit.

Would this be the "naughty parts" Monty Python refers to?

I was flipping channels about 4 months ago and saw a steamy love scene that absolutely shocked me -- after I flipped past, my heart skipped a beat when it dawned on me that it was network T.V.!!! It was NYPD Blue.
Yes, I am a prude, and proud of it!

At least that was the only part of the show that I caught.

Well, I'm no prude, but geez-Louise, 9:00pm CST in broadcast format isn't right.

A friend of mine in college used to refer to that area, somewhat sacriligiously, as "The Gates of Glory".

They usually get one scene like this in a year.
And I missed it! Fooey.
