Remember, the media will always find the most outrageous representative they can in order to define any movement they disagree with. If Scheidler went away today they would be happy to dig up someone just like him and parade him or her around as the face of the pro-life or “anti-choice” movement. Remember how they tried to frame all pro lifers as giving tacit if not outright approval to the shooting of abortion Doctors?
Bottom line is that this was a misapplication of the RICO and Hobbs acts and was rightly overturned.
