"...the only time I've ever had any respect for him was when he dusted up with some La Rouche idiots at La Guardia back in the 80s when they were harrasssing her."Well, he violated his principles to do that. What would he say if you or I did the same thing?

I do think his recent show with Dennis Miller was one of the best shows he had, although I whole-heartedly-agree that his show in general was an absolute flop.

Of course. He's a liberal...hypocrite by nature.

just saw msnbc's rate card. they're figuring that friday night's donahue show will draw the biggest ratings it ever has, as people tune in to see his humiliation. as a result, the network will be charging double for commercial time, with a 60-second spot during the hour costing nearly $13.

When Boortz was on, Donahue made some passing comment that Cuomo didn't make it in radio due to poor marketing and support. I expect this'll soon be his excuse, as well.

Caption: "Deer in the headlights." Looking anything like a deer isn't a good idea if Ted Nugent is still going to be on Wednesday.

MSNBC executives plan to write a personal letter of apology to each of his viewers. No word on what they plan to do with the rest of the tablet.

Comes one day after he had that flaming Rosie(I have two mommies) on. I caught the part where she promised to return at a future date.

Hey, I asking switched over to Donahue last night and saw part of his Rosie "interview". Gawd, it was awful. He is simply unwatchable with his wild hand gestulations, his moaning, his grimacing, his eye-popping, his hand-wringing, his... I told my wife to switch, I couldn't stand it, but she wanted to see a bit more of what Rosie was saying. That lasted about 30 seconds. We flipped back later and Rosie was talking about her first time going to a Broadway show and how she's producing a Broadway musical. Rosie at least was watchable, Donahue was pure fingernails on the chalkboard.
Bring back Alan Keyes, he had higher ratings and his show was growing, when he was canceled.

And about darned time too. The man was living in the past. He was too old and stale to keep up with everything out there today. He couldn't let go of the past and having roseeee on the show probably only helped bring it down further. Oh well, no tears here. He stunk, he was rude, ignorant, sarcastic and now....only a memory for all those who watched him (a handful maybe since he was cancelled). Goodbye Phil...we had our Phil of you and we knew ye TOO well.

Was this part of that "liberal talk show network" that was being hyped up? They were supposed to compete with Rush Limbaugh...or something like that.

YES YES YES YES!!!!!!
I couldn't stand that stupid show, I wanted to puke everytime I stumbled on to it.
I am voting for Norah O'donnell for the empty slot, better yet, I think FOX should go after her.

He started out on the wrong foot by being so mean to Anne Coulter, and it was downhill all the way.
