Funny, Rintense! Maybe now he will understand Economics 101 which teaches that evil corporate America responds quickly (or in his case, not quickly enough to suit me) to the laws of supply and demand. Unfortunately for Phil there was no demand for the drivel that fell from his mouth.

I am sure its just because he did not have enough lefties like Rosie O'Donnell, Michael Moore, and the Noam Chomsky types trashing this country and spilling forth all sorts of hate-America vitriol.

>>Can't cancel him till after Wednesday! - Ted Nugent is gonna be on.
Maybe they'll let Ted host the show!

"We're proud of the program and we're disappointed that the show was not able to attract the viewership we had hoped for and expected," said Erik Sorenson, MSNBC president. Doesn't the above statement just make your heart sing. The typical Liberal view point they will never be able to undertstand.
THEY SUPPORT, PROMOTE AND ARE PROUD OF FAILURE

Poor Marlo Thomas...She now has that slob hanging around the house in his robe, complaining to her about the success of Rush Limbaugh. Too bad; so sad.

What is so delicious here is that in the final show, Rosie & Phil defamed the Church (it somehow "betrayed her" after her Mom's death?) and blasted America as the real terrorists ("the only country that has ever killed civilians with a nuclear bomb").
But there is justice, before the sun set the next day, as both the Church and America continue bravely on, Phil, in contrast, slinks from sight, another victim of the VRWC (do I see a book deal on the horizon?).
(And I laughed out loud when Rosie promised to return to his show once her lawsuit was resolved and speak out about the injustices committed against her by the "Rosie" magazine bunch. Kinda' like the bars that have a "Free Beer Tomorrow" sign!)

Exactly....we have a long long long way to go there. That's a battle I have my doubts we can win in my lifetime baring a major cataclysm.

And they insist it isn't coincidence.... Rosie may have helped sink KMART, and astonishingly, the day after she appears on Donathrough, he's through too. AMAZING!

A great replacement: Charles Grodin! Come on, give him another chance.(/sarcasm)

I'd like to give the "devil" his due.
A few times Donahue had some interesting guests (like taking on conservative women) or Bill O'Reilly on FOX NEWS was a rerun and I was bored. I watched Donahue and found it could be interesting. (I was quite suprised at this myself.)
Though Donahue is a flaming liberal and pontificated, I give him credit. He allowed the opposition to state their viewpoints and make their arguments.
In many ways, I thought he was a better interviewer than Sean Hannity or Bill O'Reilly. He let his guests talk. At least on the few shows I saw.
