If Iraq is such a threat to the United States, Congress should declare war and Bush should get on with it.
The rest of the world might not like it, but 'them liking it' really isn't a requirement.
With each passing day that this drags out, it's becoming apparent to me that this whole episode has more to do with legitimizing the UN and the New World Order than anything else.

They debated it and passed authoization for war naming Iraq.
The court has ruled that an authorization for war is the legal equivelent of declaration of war.
The court defers to congress to use what words they want to.

With each passing day and each passing resolution (none of which are enforced), it becomes more and more apparent how irrelevant the UN is.
