Personally, I think we should send about 220,000 of our own "inspectors" into Iraq to fufill the wish of the Frogs and Nazis. And as we find illegal WMD's, we destroy them. I hereby nominate the 101st and 82nd Airborne..etc...to all become "inspectors". If anyone resists, well, they get the first introduction of modern warfare in the early 2000's. I think that's fair.

From here on, the diplomatic emphasis should shift to encouraging the French and the UN to disarm Saddam. "Yes, please tell the inspectors to destroy thee missiles". In the meantime, let's focus on the buildup and the countdown clock.

I am really looking forward to hearing that Aziz was killed in a cruise missile strike.

It will brighten my day.

Aziz said the missiles exceeded the range by less than six miles

Other pundits say its range is 24 miles.

Is anyone else getting heartily sick of the idea that those who lose wars get to decide what happens in their aftermath?

Drawing and quartering Aziz would be acceptable.

If the missile's range exceeds 90 miles or 150 kilometers.

"Iraq is a sovereign state. It has provided all of the security needed to re-inspect us, and we don't need United Nations troops to interfere or to be in our country," he said.

So much for the French Plan!

The motors to these things were recently purchased. Why have they been introduced?

Yeah, count me in. The UN loves to set aside who won or lost. As long as it's us or Israel who won, of course.

My sentiments exactly!

But first, our "inspectors" should paint their helmets with UN blue.

Oh, and when everything is sorted out, they should all be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

If it's good enough for that incompetant pipsqueak, Jimmy Carter, it's good enough for the real peace-makers!!

You have to tip your hat to Saddam. In ancient days the enemy would surround a city and demand that they surrender or they would all die. Saddam's strategy is to tell the enemy, "If you attack, I'll starve and kill my people. Take THAT!"

And here is something else that I found absolutely astounding! Think about the kind of people who plan for war, but who, in drawing up those plans, include plans to provide food and medical care for the citizens of the country they plan to go to war with! And all of this before the first shot is fired!
