If Carol Moseley-Braun means what she says about campaigning for president in Iowa one voter at a time, Tom Hanson had all of her attention Saturday.
Hanson was the only soul - besides a dozen members of the local news media and half as many event coordinators - to brave a foot of fresh snow to hear the former U.S. senator from Illinois speak in Des Moines on Saturday afternoon.

At this rate, she'll be outpolled 3 to 1 by Donald Duck.
I guess the Dems will have to think of some other approach to dealing with the Sharpton problem.

She had one more supporter in the room than the Rev. Al did when he responded to Bush's State of the Union address. (Remember the fun we had with that thread?!)

The Des Moines lawyer pledged to support her candidacy for Iowa's 2004 Democratic presidential nomination, and even offered his guest room for her return visits.Aren't there laws prohibiting the exploitation of the brain-damaged? Can't someone get this poor man some help?

"She would roll back President Bush's tax cuts, which she called irresponsible during an economic slowdown."
Yes, of course, more taxes during an economic slowdown is totally rational thinking.....to a government drone.

The corner vegatable stand is experiencing poor business lately.
It needs a good taxing.

When I saw this on Drudge, I just about fell over laughing. She got one poor sap to show up for her big speech!! Don't the pygmies who are running for the democratic nomination know about a certain evil bitch named Hillary Clinton? Her and McAuliffe have it all set so the convention will reject all of the midgets and draft Her Royal Highness as the nominee. That way the Queen Bitch can avoid all those nasty primaries and the scrutiny they involve. The whole "race" for the democratic nomination is a joke, and the fix is in if Hitlery decides she wants it. It all depends on whether or not she can gag down her ambition and wait until a clear field in 2008, or whether or not her unholy lust for power wont wait beyond 2004.

But if she gets one more in New Hampshire, and one more in South Carolina -- that's three -- she's picking up momentum -- this could result in her getting up to 50 votes if she travels to every state. Splitting the Dem vote, just like we need her to. That's some great advance team she has.

When these people say they will rollback GW's tax cuts ... I always think ... but you don't even know what good the tax cuts WILL DO ... and if you are elected, your rollback could drop this country into depression.
None of these people have thought this far ahead. They are only interested in their power. That's it!!
In order to believe that, all you have to do is look at all the reorganization GW has brought about in only 2 years. He had to have been doing some planning a long time ago. This is what makes a great president - they plan for the future instead of demogueing the past.

Moseley-Braun is a cheap 'ho for the white boys of the DNC. Her only purpose is to divert votes from Al Sharpton, whose big booming voice is filled with hatred for the Clintons and other lily white massas of the democrat plantation.
