The one's who will be really P.O.'d are the Russians, as they hold both huge development contracts with Iraq and most of Iraq's foreign debt.

Before Iraq booted out the greedy foreign devils and nationalized their oil industry (an action that some might consider akin to armed robbery, by the way), the major stakeholders were British Petroleum, American Oil, and Mobil. Now that BP has acquired Amoco...

Hey. Maybe it's Tony Blair's greedy oil business cronies that want this war!
