stupid comment. Adultery inflames the heart of the victim - - I didn't make it that way, God did. Murder isn't an acceptable response, but if adultery were really no big deal - - something that didn't carry big risks of creating a conflagration - - - God wouldn't be so opposed to it.
One of the reasons I've resisted the temptation -- and I've definitely been in some situations where I've been tempted -- is because I know it can lead to violence; I don't want a bullet in my back, or anyone else's. That's not to justify a murderer in such a situation, just to recognize that, human nature being what it is, when you're playing with adultery you're playing with fire.
