Universal service for males and females ages 18-26. New Senate Bill s.89. Can see it at http://thomas.loc.gov
The actions of politicians do have consequences. That's simply a historical fact and those who choose to ignore are pissing in the wind of thousands of years of recording history.
I've seen a number of people end up in deep hot water because of careless wording of their sentiments
I've read about those folks. Some of them lived in Germany in the 1930s. Others lived in the Soviet Union throughout the 20th century. That certainly hasn't happened in America yet, although the JBTs would love it. But expect no sympathy if it comes back at you unexpectedly.
No. I expect you to be there cheering the power of the almighty state.
My side has the authority and power, yours does not. The side I'm on will win as surely as as the governments side won at Waco.
LOL! I'll take our 20 million deer rifles against your JBT wannabees anyday.
As for the Waco example, the JBT's got their asses kicked by a bunch of religios weirdos with little or no military experience. They would have taken more casualties, but the Davidians allowed them to pull their wounded off the field after the intial seige. They only prevailed through the using of Iraqi-like tactics by using chemical weapons against women and children.
How people can simultaneously profess a love of America, liberty and justice, and a desire to see their countrymen fed into the mill of government servitude is beyond me.
Their arguement seems to be "Slavery, to be sure, but slavery for a good cause. Freedom must be preserved, or else. If that means using the tools of tyrants, communists, and fascists, then so be it."
I get it. We have to enslave the village in order to save it.
That's more than most slow drivers do. I don't have a problem with slow drivers if they get out of the way. Most don't however, and this causes congestion, which leads to tailgaiting, which leads to folks weaving, which eventually leads to an accident.
Freedom is slavery.
I would never want to serve under arms with anyone who didn't choose to, and I would take to the hills before I let myself get shipped out to a government collective farm. One would think that would be the prevailing opinion of freedom loving people.
Apparently you are ignorant of the news. At least several times a year some drunk ends up arrested and jailed for making some stupid comment in a bar about the president. And that doesn't even consider the fate of all those militias of the 90's that decided to shoot off their mouths wihtout thinking. I have a personal friend that was thouroughly investigated by the Secret Service because someone wanted to get even with him or something. Seems they wrote a threat against clinton on a dollar bill and put his phone # on it. Believe me, the SS is a very serious organization and the threats they made to put him in jail were very real. They showed up at his job to 'interview' him, and later he was fired (my presumption is that his employer no longer trusted him). Damn good thing the handwriting wasn't even close.

Well, I have doubts about the 20 million deer rifles you claim (most will be coming against you if it comes to that), but this statement clearly identifies your previous post as making violent terrorist threats against the government, politicians, and law enforcement. (Clarifying the statememt was something which I did ask you to do, but I was assuming that you had just erred in wording a statement that actually had peaceful and non violent intentions.) No other way I see to interpret the threat of the use of guns against lawful authority. I assume that FBI types have duly noted such, and would advise against making any fast movements around a speed cop that pulls you over which you seem to so despsie (as stated in previous posts) since they seem to be among the ones you wish to be afraid of you.
As for the Waco example, the JBT's got their asses kicked by a bunch of religios weirdos with little or no military experience.
Darn, and all these years I thought the Davidians ended up loosing that incident. But, then, I've only personally known one of the Davidian survivors. Must be many, many more of them got away though, know any of them?
No, I didn;t mean to imply that at all. But it is an example of what happens when you decide to take a militant stance against an infinitly more powerful authority. Koresh was a fool, he could have won if he had changed tactics instead of trying to wait out a siege. Look at the way Randy Weaver ended up handling his siege. He surrendered to an overwhelming force instead of trying to stand them off till they gave up. Then he beat them in court and was found innocent. Then he beat them again in a Civil suit. In short, Randy Weaver took on a force that was infinitely more powerful tham himself and ended up winning, but not by violently defeating them.
The "lawful authority" in this country is the Constitution. Not the JBT's whose boots you lick.

LOL! I'm just doing my part as a good citizen by keeping several of them employed so they can follow me around all day. You should thank me for helping the economy.
Seriously, I do hope that FBI agents have something better to do than sit around surfing websites trying to divine what a poster "might have been thinking". They probably let the lesser agencies do that type of work.
I doubt that I really keep any FBI agents employed, but I do probably keep a gov't forklift operator employed so they can move my "files" around.
And that is a badge of honor in my book.
Now, why don't you spend the rest of the day searching this post for any hidden threats since you're so adept at finding them in other posts.
Your blind loyalty to the almighty state would have made Hilter or Stalin proud. You probably would have made their equivalent rank of captain, but your incessant nagging and obsession with trying to read other people's minds (and being dumb enough to state an opinion on such) would have made promotion beyond that difficult.
I'm sorry to break your heart, but at best, you'd only be junior officer material in a totalitarian state.
Mulder, it's not what you "might have been thinking", it what you have said. And Carnivore (or whatever it's being called now) doesn't require any agents to be surfing the web. Try carefully reading your own words. I've just cautioned you, and have no further responisbility in the matter. What you do and say you do and say knowingly
In any event, you don't seem to have much to say except insults and threats, so Good Day.
If serving your country in the military or as a civil servant, or even in the Peace Corps (RMM) furthers the cause of Freedom, the let's press forward!
