We don't have a TV, and I've never tried to do C-Span on the computer til this filibuster. All I can get is "Experiencing problems with streaming video." And the Atlanta papers have not a single word about this thing. Nothing. Could somebody please offer an update? Is this even a filibuster yet? Hasn't Frist already caved on the idea of keeping the Senate in session for it?

It may have something to do with the type of media player you are using. I've had similar problems during last few days while using Real player. But when I switched to Windows Media Player I could watch C-span smoothly. Using proxy server to connect to internet could also help.

Frist didn't cave, he didn't have any choice. Mitch McConnell is out, and another Republican senator wife is having life saving surgery. Frist didn't have enough votes to sustain anything without ALL of the Republican senators there.
