If the good people of Lincoln considered his behavior disruptive then they have every right to escort him to the door.

Actually not. Their government does not have the authority to decide that just anything and everything it wants is disruptive. I realize you don't like that, but its the truth. Government is bound by chains of law in this country. The good people of Lincoln could be very surprised in the pocketbook if someone ever takes them to court for tossing them out of a public event just for taking photographs.

And if the good people of Lincoln considered that a Black man should not sit in the front of the bus...? Or that the few Jews in town should move somewhere else...? They have the right to escort them out?

I don't think anybody has the right to vote on whether another person has civil rights. As I posted before, I hope the man is arrested and then sues the living crap out of the school and state where the arrest occurs.

If the good people of freerepublic think you're a disruptive liberal then do they have the right to demand that you be banned?
