An 18-year-old freshman at Vanderbilt University is being questioned by the FBI after he was caught early this morning trying to enter the U.S. Courthouse downtown through rear doors near the loading dock, Metro police said.
Jared W. Whaley, whose address is listed in a police report as the Vanderbilt campus, was caught at 3 a.m. near the federal courthouse at 801 Broadway, Metro police said.
