Tis true it ain't the gospel, but working the percentages is a safer bet than not.

1) An educator - what are the odds of a Democrat there?
2) An educator well connected enough to tool around in a 2003 Mercedes and live in "posh Westchester" - the odds in #1 just went up.
3) Drunk - 50/50, but drunk on the job - Democrat odds on favorite.
4) A news release that couldn't make hay out of the principle's politics - 5 to 1 in favor of the Democrats anonymity.
5) Hyphenated name - your call.
6) Two prior offenses and still in authority in a civil job - the most damning evidence yet.
7) Only 26% of her students could read - progressive educators at work here.
8) Resisting arrest - sounds like an elitist attitude to me.

You're right though, no hard evidence and if I'm proven wrong, I'll admit that, too. These episodes are like flipping pennies - the odds come into play over the long haul. Please don't tell me you don't operate on percentages in your personal life too - that would defy ALL known human behavior.
