Maybe Estrada should answer that question, and say "Sandra Day O'Connor is my hero on SCOTUS. As the FIRST woman seated on the bench, she was the one to break down the DECADES of minority status and DISCRIMINATION against women and serve as an INSPIRATION to other women around the world!!!

That is a great plan. Of course, the Rats would find something else to nitpick. So Estrada has decided to stand on principle, not answering questions that have nothing to do with his judicial qualifications.

Sort of like Bush: he knows the Rats will oppose him no matter what he does, so what he does, he goes ahead and does BIG.
