In post 476 you stated (in response to terrorizing civilian population) "...our side did it too, especially the ARVNs." This implies (to me) that you believe the ARVNs committed a HIGH degree of terror against their own population. If not, I stand corrected. However, any exigencies they perpetrated were minimal compared to what the Communists did. Communists of BOTH camps-VC/NVA.
