AP-Iraq URGENT (Baghdad, Iraq-AP) -- The chief United Nations weapons inspectors have arrived in Baghdad for a second round of talks aimed at winning Iraqi compliance with the UN's arms ban.
Hans Blix and Mohamed ElBaradei will press the Iraqis to cooperate fully with inspectors and provide evidence about President Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction.
They will urge the Iraqis to accept a UN plan to use American U-2 reconnaissance planes in support of the inspections and to enact legislation banning weapons of mass destruction. They also will try to persuade Iraq to fill gaps in its December weapons declaration.

Out the UN. Why do we even bother with this anti-American hate forum? Blix couldn't find an Iraq WMD if it went off in front of him. Let's just quit paying the UN bill and evict them from their posh East River setup.

"...arrived in Baghdad for a second round of talks aimed at winning Iraqi compliance with the UN's arms ban." If Blix really wants to "win" Iraqi compliance he needs to get out of the way and let us do the job.
