Is it just me or does it seem like all Bill O'Reilly has on his show lately are topics related to sex?
It's getting to the point where we MUST turn Fox News Channel off at the time his shows airs as it is too much.
I can think of a million and one other subjects to focus on. Teachers Unions, Border Issues, Taxes, etc.
We are an oversexed society! I think I'd change the name of his show to the, "No Kid Zone."

I hadn't noticed. I did enjoy O'Reilly ripping ultra-liberal war-protestor Jeremy Glick to shreds the other night.

There have been times when we have turned him off for the same reason. no flame here.

Yes. Last night's piece (no pun) on Boston Univ. was a waste of time. I'm sure the same stuff was going on when he went there; maybe he just wasn't gettin' any and he's jealous.

Don't be an idiot. There is a time and place for everything and 8:00 pm is not the time for it. I love to watch O'Reilly at 11:00 but I have children awake during the first showing and I have gotten too many questions regarding is sex obsession as well.

News Flash. The O'Reilly factor is an adult level program. It covers a wide range of topics including MURDER, RAPE, WAR, GENOCIDE, GOVERMENT ABUSE OF POWER along with a host of other issues. I would think you would not wish childern to watch any of the above so why are you just griping about the sex?

You might want to be carefull calling someone an idiot. The Admin Moderators threaten people with banning for that.
Wish I was joking.

My point is I watch it at 11:00. Bill himself preaches about the harm that tv is doing to kids with no adult supervision, yet his show airs at 8:00 (7 central). I don't know if you have kids but I can tell you that when Bill has a hard discussion about Gov't abuse of power, it doesn't click with a 5 year old like Bill asking a lesbian about kissing her lover in front of his 7 year old. I'm saying 2 years ago when the kids were younger, I would have it on. Now there is no way. I watch after they are in bed.
I turn to Sean Hannity on the radio.

The purpose of my posting was to say enough is enough. I get tired of hearing the same old, same old. Sex is on every channel and the last thing I want to hear is more on the subject.
Yes, there is adult subject matter but to continously have a segment/program devoted to sex is going overboard. I enjoy O'Reilly but lately he has gone overboard on this topic.

Ok, retract that. Please do not make this kind of idiotic statement regarding banning sex. I love sex and do agree that sex on the tv only works with straps. However, that can be fun in itself.
None of it should be in front of kids.

I do have kids. I also have a PVR and my TV's have parental controls and off switches to stop my kids from watching with I think they should not.
Not all TV programming is ok for childern to watch, most news/talk programs fall into that catagory and childern should NOT BE WATCHING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Then turn of you darn TV. If you don't want to watch it then don't. Write letters to fox to complain. Do something about it other than gripe about it on FR.

Good for you! We are on the same wavelength. Wish I could afford all you have.....
At a certain point one realizes they are no longer babies and are now paying attention to the talking heads. When my 5 year old got to that point was when I got the questions and I had to turn it off.
Like I said a time for everything.

To: Karsus
We DO turn it off BUT it is good to know that others feel the same. We all know that many read FR which can sometimes be more effective than sending an email.

"Don't be an idiot" is an old time-worn saying. Usually said without ill-intent. I think that was the case here.
