***Iraq Committing Suicide On TV Now***

So, we're all led to believe that Colin Powell is the only dove in the administration, (which I do not belive, any man that can say: "..we're going to cut it off and kill it..." is no dove) and now Iraq has their boy on TV calling him a liar and a cheat.
The same clymer is disputing what Sec. Powell said Hans Blix said.
My guess is that Sec. Powell AND Hans baby are going to have some comments that will apprise Iraq of how short a period of time they have left.
My guess is Saddam is not going to see March.

Helen Thomas (who makes me want to scream every time I hear her) has just reiterated every single point the Iraquis made and basically accused Pres. Bush of being a liar who wants to "steal" Iraqi oil -- WHY is she there ?? WHY ???? Useful Idiot?

He is a great diplomat - because he knows (as a military man) what failed diplomacy will result in.
Also ... Powell was not onboard until France betrayed him - now he's mad. France's actions caused the opposite effect of what France was expecting.
Again ... this admin's strategery has been misunderestimated.
To the woe of those who will try to stand in our way of truth and freedom.

CNN just announced that Bubba is going to be on Larry King Live tonight. No kidding? This might be one time I tune in to CNN and try to hear what Slick Willie says.

Be my guest, Fred. Report back to us what is said. I don't think I can stand more tham 30 seconds of that jerk, and I don't want to upset my husband by destroying the TV.

Powell is the reason we still have Saddam to deal with now.
Powell is the reason we are making a spectacle of ourselves at the U.N. Of course, he is going to carry off a stellar performance for the idiots on the "Security COuncil". It was his idea to go there in the first place.
However, Powell apparently never read Aesop's Fables - the one about the "Unjust Judge". The morons and low-lifes which comprise the U.N. are neither needed by us or any substantial asset.
I hope we take action by ourselves, kick their worthless butts out the Country and stop supporting an organization which puts people like Khadaffi on Human Rights Councils!!

Side note -- Helen Thomas (who makes me want to scream every time I hear her) has just reiterated every single point the Iraquis made and basically accused Pres. Bush of being a liar who wants to "steal" Iraqi oil -- WHY is she there ?? WHY ????This gets said almost everytime her name comes up but never takes wing. She is Arab-American and wants to be a player. Since she can't think she just spouts the latest Arab line. She has no comprehension of anything and no idea if she is cooking, cleaning the toilet or reporting on the White House.

You know this could be a conspiracy of the United States, UK, Russia, et al, together with space aliens and purple unicorns, but, sorry, Iraq, I'm going to have to go with the sane explanation.

Most generals are doves. They do not want to go to war and risk the lives of their men, unless they see that as the only alternative.
That CP has switched, is to say that he no longer sees an alternative.

The problem is who the left believe, cause it ain't Colin Powell.

"CNN just announced that Bubba is going to be on Larry King Live tonight." Everyone was all a twitter about Colin Powells Stevenson Moment yesterday however; are we forgetting the significant possibility of experiencing a Fitzwater Moment today? Say about 8PM.
Back in the First Gulf War, only 28 hours elapsed between the violation of UN sanctions and the missiles flying over Baghdad. On January 16, Marlin Fitzwater uttered his famous sentence on national TV, The liberation of Kuwait has begun, and walked away from the cameras.
With every tick of the clock, Saddam has another second to relocate and protect his arsenal of death.
With every tick of the clock, Saddam has another second to build upon his stockpile of destruction.
With every tick of the clock, innocent citizens of the world are further at risk of terroristic annihilation by nuclear, biological and / or chemical agents unleashed by a despotic madman and his followers.
Yesterday, Colin Powell revealed to the world just a hint of what Saddam has in his treasure trove of mass mayhem. Powell described to what lengths Iraq has duped the inspectors and diplomats that Saddam has not disarmed in accordance to both the Gulf War cease-fire and numerous UN resolutions.
Today is Ronald Regans birthday. A President who stared down the Communist menace and reinstated a vigorous pride in America. How appropriate would it be if the missiles flew again over Baghdad on the birthday of the Greatest President of the Twentieth Century?
I imagine that Ari Fleischer is looking forward to filling Fitzwaters shoes right about now
