This from the star of a really good movie, Outbreak.

Hey Dustin boy ... how'd you like something as lethal as Ebola in hollyweird ?? Keep this rhetoric up and one day you might get it.

Hoffman has his right to voice his opinion. Why the media chooses to acknowledge it seems a bit bias however. Dennis Miller was on Leno the other night praising the administration and I don't see that being praised.

Geeez...there's always one.

DANG !! Tootsie has always been one of my favorite movies -- I thought I could balance out nitwit Jessica Lange with Dustin (who had not opened his mouth so far) -- guess not ! Bummer !

Hoffman made more sense in "Tootsie."

I read your post none too carefully and jumped to the wrong conclusions as to what you were saying. My apologies. For a moment there, I was what I criticize others for being...sorry.

"My only solution has been to boycott this industry. It has been 13 years for me & I plan on never giving these sickos any of my money. I truly believe that I have not missed anything in life for doing such. Give it a try."

I'm doin' it, too. I rented Gosford Park, and that is the only movie I have seen in years, literally. Before that, the last movie I rented was the Spielberg one about the dinosaurs (you can see, it's been a long time). I haven't been to a theater in that long, either. I absolutely love it that I don't even know who a lot of the younger movie people are.

Since were pullin’ this scab off again, did any one catch Hannity a couple of days ago interviewing some actorgoober from “The Agency” (its a TV show I guess). This Mike Farrell clone was droning on . . . “war for oil” “don’t believe Bush/Powell” “Cheney/Halliburton” and wouldn’t answer any questions. James Woods - the actor/patriot - was in his car and became so incensed he pulled off on the side of the road and called in. In the 20 minutes I heard he knocked this guy out. Woods was brilliant.

Damn and the CIA did their darndest to ruin Hoffman's AND Beatty's career with Ishtar.

It appears Operation: Quiet the Squawking Liebral has failed. ;-)

Just think of all the money we'll save by not going to any of these yoyos' movies. Had they just acted like the actors and singers they wanted to be..........if they wanted into politics they should have taken Political Science/American History/European History/Basic Knowledge 101, etc. instead of Drama!

One of my favorite lines of all time-Bill Murray in Tootsie after Hoffman outs himself as a non-female on National TV.. 'that is one wacky hospital!'

Tootsie may be 4 inches from being a legal dwarf, but he/she is overly qualified as a mental midget. Keep talking, every word creates more Republican votes.

Loved that line. I also thought it was funny when he revealed himself to his press agent in the restaurant. LOL (Why do these guys have to go over to the dark side?)

How does someone that stupid function in everyday life?

Simple, you just read the lines someone else writes for you.
These people do not live in the real world. They contribute absolutely nothing to society. Why the media gives them attention on serious events is a mystery to me.
