In the 60's the tribe was finally NOT recognized by the government because there were so few and they'd been paid off 3 times, with money and land. Then a few years ago, they got tribal status back.

I'd like to see the requirements for tribal status....

1. Breathing
2. Indian heritage
3. Lack of any of the above shall not be construed as grounds for denial (not a river in Egypt).
