According to freeper observers, Catherine Crier allowed the same on her Court TV program, except evidently SHE led the charge, pointing the finger of suspicion for the "leak" at the judge involved. All baseless, thus far, and as you point out, ignores the crux of the matter, and that is the character of Ritter.

Naturally if this had been a Bush supporter my guess is said "leaker" would be applauded for bringing to light any criminal deeds and the discussion would correctly focus on the character and credibility of the perp. (my hypothetical posits all facts the same, except the perv's position regarding Iraq)
