About the 'urban legend' kind of thing. For a couple of years people would post that Hillary had dealings with the Black Panthers. As soon as it was posted somebody would jump in and claim "Urban Legend!!" I got into a number of heated discussions with people who knew for sure I was dead wrong even though I was adding quotes to the contrary from well-known books. Well, as it turns out "Urban Legend" was dead wrong. Hillary was indeed connected to the Black Panthers. A well-researched article on WND prooved that she was up to her eyeballs in helping the Black Panthers.

So, I wouldn't be so quick to use any form of 'urban legend' as the very last word on the subject. Usually something concerning Hillary has a long history on this site. And sometimes it would be better to research what is contained in our search engine and archives rather than rely on an 'urban legend' outfit.

Well, what I've noticed about any thread about either of the Clintons on this site is that it quickly attracts a group of people whose attitudes and words IMNSHO justify changing the law back from providing an ex-President Secret Service protection for 10 years to the previous practice of providing it for him or her for life. I don't see a lot of rationality, and it makes it hard to credit anything they come up with without taking extensive measures of my own to check up on it, and I'm really not so concerned that I care to take the time.

Again: having said that, if the man is guilty of rape, etc., then let his accusers come forward with evidence and get him tried. If he's then convicted, lock him up and well done. If there is an official coverup at the county or state level, then let evidence of that be put forward at the state or federal level. Otherwise, I can't treat it as any more than rumor.

I only use the terms "Urban Legend" when I find something debunked on a couple or more of the various websites dedicated to the same. Which is not to say that they are always correct, but their record so far seems quite good.

The HildaBeast was also an Editor at the Yale Review when the Yale Review was supporting cop-killing with "funny" little cartoon PIGS in police uniforms getting cut to shreds with bullets!! The HildaBeast's been Anti-American since she was a teenager, IMHO.
