I love it when the president's message catches his enemies off-guard and with their pants down (no pun intended). Yes, it's a big number, but now the rest of the nations that criticize the US will have to put in huge amounts of dough, too. Or do they expect the US to foot the entire bill for an epidemic that is not our fault?

It is our money, if we want to donate it to Africa then there is nothing stopping us from doing so. The money hes giving to Africa is our money. He is essentially saying he knows better how to use our money than we do. I dont like this at all.

Wealth transfer schemes in this country have been expanded to include people in other countries.

The RATS have probably spent more money than that on fisting lessons mandated for public schools.
I thought it was one of several brilliant proposals. Combined, they gutted the RAT Party, leaving them to whine and belly ache.
