Perhaps the money, as Bush stated, would go first and foremost to educate those not already infected on how to avoid infection, such as the programs currently getting results in Uganda... If the money i given straight to the nation's leaders, then I would not support it... However, if we bypass the usual corrupt mechanisms (such as The UN, WHO, etc...) and the money is actualy used for it's stated purpose, I have absolutely no problem with it whatsoever...
that is, until congress agrees to implement my 'Nuclear' concept for AIDS eradication...
