When it comes to personal views, whether an employee of a university or an employee at McDonalds, they should express their views on off hours and network on off hours absent the use of business equipment or work funding.

I don't care if they support my cause or not, when it comes to these guidelines. I'm no more infavor of 98% of the University staff being Conservative than I am having 98% of them be liberals.

You'll note the reference to a network of speakers. Guess who's going to pay for those speakers. It will almost certainly be campus funding.
