The CBS show-"King of Queens" tonight featured a story line about a 4 Year-Old boy who kept feeling the breasts of the adult female character-Through her clothes- Would someone please explain to me-Why is not this considered pedophilia?-

I think the premise is that TV broadcast over airwaves is a lot more difficult to block. With Dish network, I can block any channel I wish. Not so with airwaves, although there are methods.

I quit watching network television except for football several years ago. The "family hour" was actually a network idea, in which they promised to leave the more explicit material until later in the evening. It was, at the time, a way to get more leeway in showing more explicit fare. Prior to the implementation of the family hour, pretty much everything on network television could be safely seen by minors, although they'd find some of it boring. Shows like NYPD Blue felt that it was impossible to make a creative television show without having Dennis Franz get naked, and the family hour was the bone they tossed to the FCC to get it.

Previously, the idea was, if you want to look at dirty stuff, do it in private, and keep it away from the kids. Today, the idea is, we're going to do anything we want, anywhere we want, anytime we want. Keep your kids away from it. We're paying the price as a culture, too.

My elementary school principle took early retirement, and I asked him why. He said, "these aren't the same kind of kids you were. I didn't sign up to deal with attempted rapes in the bathroom of the elementary school by fourth graders."

There was a story ust last week about a Chinese "artist" who actually EATS real dead human babies on camera and this was broadcast on BBC in England.

Nah... Of COURSE it's normal. But that's not the point. It's just a foot in the door for the degenerates in society to begin normalizing their depravity.

Here's the sequence of script events that will eventually come later:
1) A kid grabs a breast by accident and it's normal.
2) A kid is SUPPOSED to grab a breast by accident to get a laugh.
3) A kid is supposed to grab a breast and the woman makes some risque comment about "foreplay" or some sexual reference - again for laughs.
4) A kid wants to know WHY he can't grab a breast because he says he likes it. (topic starts to get a bit serious, edging towards discussing kid's "latent" sexuality)
5) A kid is supposed to "explore" his new-found sexual "feelings" (implanted by the writer) in a "ground-breaking" episode which confronts all the "gray areas" of childhood sexual encounters...

Slippery slope my friend, it's a slippery slope.
Just like what the gays did to "normalize" homosexuality. It took just a single generation to go from degeneracy and mental illness to City-wide CELEBRATIONS of "Gay Pride Day".

To a 4 year old who was breast fed, a breast is for food.

To a 4 year old who was touching women's breasts it also might just mean curiosity, like kids "playing doctor"

But if there was sexual suggestion, then it means that the 4 year old had either inappropriatly watched (or been shown) sexual behavior. In other words, kids who act out sexually at that age often have been sexually abused.

I think that's hardly a fair comparison. Although I bet more a few 4 year old girls were curious to see what dad has thats different than them. Girls generally are not as adventurous in terms of grabbing anything much less a penis.
