Open borders advocates? Hardly. If there is an injustice in having a leaky border, then be it known that vigilantism further erodes justice. The solution is to hold the offical's feet to the fire, so to speak.

You have to admit that a man who is so incensed at law-breaking immigrants that he goes out and breaks the laws himself is not really an advocate for law and order.

With this, your statement goes down in flames, over deep water, CALIFORNIA PROPOSTION 187.

We have been under attack by this invasion for 20 years.

Our laws, our courts, our politicians, have done nothing to stop this titanic invasion of millions.

Oh yes, compared to the massive titanic lawlessness created by this government sponsored invasion of millions, this man should be prosecuted, jailed, fined, and made to walk the government gang plank into hell.

I think order is over-rated. Law is good, but justice is what I want. Not cosmic justice, since only God can deliver that, but small "j" justice. What does that mean - it means respect fundamental rights, limit government power over us citizens and use a sense of proportion in applying our laws. What we have now, is a situation where our fundamental ability to control who resides in our country is no longer functioning. That to me is the big problem. I own property and don't want anyone to just hop the fence and come on in, that is trespassing. The few times it has happened, I ask them to leave (while carrying my shotgun) and they always seem to go away. Comparing the trespassing that occurred to the abuse of power by a federal officer, and to the impoverishment of state medical, welfare and school systems driven by the failure of immigration law enforcement, the trespassing seems small stuff to me.

"so incensed at law-breaking immigrants that he goes out and breaks the laws himself is not really an advocate for law and order."

And the law, boldly working outside the Law becomes a law unto itself with the aid of the judicial system. This is what the Communists did. They had a perfectly good Constitution; they simply allowed their lawful leaders to work outside that Constitution as we are now doing. It issued in their enslavement.

If you think that the courts will correct this you know very little about the Bar or about the mechanics of power.
