Pro-War with Iraq Rally (SIGN UP NOW)

Posted on 01/26/2003 7:58:36 AM PST by ActionNow03

THIS IS NOT AN ARTICLE, IT IS A CALL TO ACTION. I'm currently trying to assemble a Pro-War rally on Washington, and need support. You constantly see Anti-War rally's all over the news, and it's about time some of US took a stand. There's a lot to say and all of it needs to be heard. I guarantee media coverage of the rally, but I need a LARGE group in order to receive it. Post if you're interested

If you think that a war with Iraq is needed to protect our country and the world from more death and destruction caused by Sadam, then please post a comment and gather supporters in your area.

There is a Free Republic DC chapter that is very active. Check out some of the posts from one of the Chapter leaders.

I understand how you feel and I feel the same but first of all, the media will ignore it and secondly, the right-minded citizens of the US did take a stand... last November's election was a demonstration on a grand scale.

IMHO, yer barkin up the wrong tree. Nobody in their right mind wants war with it's attending death, destruction, upheaval, and economic impact.

There were a bunch of folks in DC last weekend (1/18/03), not wanting to go to war, but offering support for our troops and country. They got it right.

Saddam is a terrorist domestically and a terrorist internationally and we need to go get him.

My school is having a anti-War on Iraq vigil Monday at 11:30AM-1:30PM. You can be sure I will be there, waving my flag against this stupid protest.

One of the organizers (Jewish and Lesbian) and the head of the Feminist group on campus does not recognize the right of Israel to exist.

Rather than calling yourself "Pro-War", you should call yourself "anti-appeasement" or "anti-weasel".

I don't think anybody is "pro-war" in the sense that they thirst for war. Is is just that they recognize that there comes a time when war (political change my unconventional means) is necessary to secure liberty, property, and security.

My two cents.
