Police use raids to arrest 4 men in massacre

EDINBURG, Texas – Dozens of police officers in pre-dawn raids arrested four suspects in the Jan. 5 massacre of six men.

Police said some of the suspects may also have ties to September's slaughter of four women in Donna, which they said had pointed to retaliatory actions taken by a group calling itself the Tri City Bombers.

All suspects arrested Friday were to be charged with six counts of capital murder in January's killings. Identities were being withheld, pending formal charges.

The arrests bring to five the number of suspects arrested in the Edinburg case. Marcial Bocanegra, 25, was arrested in Brownsville on Jan. 16 and arraigned the next day. Police said Mr. Bocanegra's brother turned him in after Mr. Bocanegra admitted being one of the men who broke into a house and killed six men.

I think you're right. Fox cancelled a meeting with President Bush last summer after he refused to intervene and Texas executed a Mexican national that committed murder in Texas. That is Fox's loss, and nobody else's...
