Truth be told, if I've got my kid and the car, and someone soaking wet tries to flag me down, he's SOL.

Watch this poor excuse for a man get injured and he won't care about how busy anyone else is. He'll be begging for a volunteer fireman or ambulance crew to save his sorry ass.
