Ya know....there should be a test to qualify for posting provileges.
Anything that says HELP....or...I need advice.....or the ever hysterical...How Do I Post A Picture, should be screened in advance by a select group of qualified Freepers.
Of course, I was one such a panel, I would let every damn one through!!!
