Any FReeper attorneys in NY? Come on, you can admit it. We won't jump on you. If a case is sealed, is the accused allowed to divulge anything? It would seem that others would be precluded but perhaps not the accused if he wanted to reveal info against him. Of course, he doesn't want to do that.

Aaron told Scud Dud early on in the interview that CNN lawyers can find no law why Scud can't talk about this.
