A sealed case is usually for a PBJ case. (Probation Before Judgement) meaning if you comply and fullfil all of the probation requirements, the case is Null & Void as if it never happened. Child Molestors are NEVER granted these types of decisions. You can ask any local or State Prosecutor if Child Molestors qualify for PBJ and they will laugh at you

Not only that, Ritter violated a 6-month parole just 3 months in and suffered no consequence at all. How unusual is that?

As I understand it, he didn't have a prior, and he was never charged with child molesting. He was snagged in an internet sting operation, given a warning, caught again and copped a plea to get off with six months psychological counseling. Does this represent unusually lenient treatment? Does this imply a cover-up? Dunno, but I doubt it. Word I heard from Albany is that the DA is just grandstanding now that the whole thing's come out. Ritter's a sleaze and we can reasonably infer how Saddam turned him -- but the "cover-up" angle is a distraction.
