"Isn't the cigar in the wrong place?" Uh ... to have placed the part in the right place would've required a different ... ummm ... perspective of Miss Lewinsky's anatomy. My recollection says that this part of her anatomy was rather large and portraying this would have ruined the entire outfit. So, you must understand that the designer had to make some compromises, in the interest of fashion and artistic freedom, of course.
Rumors are that Miss Lewinsky once revealed this portion of her anatomy while in a car on the Washington Beltway (a practice otherwise known as "mooning") and the sight rendered an entire busfull of schoolboys hopelessly sterile.
