No, they don't think so. All the tests for the rotator cuff are negative. The doc thinks it is a slap lesion (small tear) of the bicipial tendon. He may also have to do a decompression. Honestly, he thinks it could be a number of different things, which is why he wants to do surgery. But he's almost positive it isn't the rotator cuff.

I'll certainly be praying for you, rintense....and of course for the surgeon and team. <><
Do you have someone to care for you during recovery at home?

Thanks OhioWfan! Great pics! Does any one know if NBC is going to do another "Inside the real West Wing?"

You're welcome! I don't know if they are, but the first one was
wonderful! That Tom Brokaw interview with W and Laura was one of the best things I've ever seen!
When Tom asked Laura if the bad press she sometimes got bothered her, she said, "Yes" and then her husband said, "If they criticize how she looks, I just say 'You look BEAUTIFUL baby!'" ..........a wonderful moment! sigh......

Sorry for the belated reply, I am "work impaired" LOL, Yes, I have done my homework and understand the caps, I have spent the afternnon trying to explain it to my liberally impaired co-workers who only know what little the media feeds them. (sigh) a FReepers work is never done. I do think I am making a few of them "see the light" though. A little at a time. Affirmative action was also a topic of discussion at smoke break. : ). I just cant let em run Dubya in the ground, it gets my dander up.

I just had to reply to you also, because the point you made is so important. All over America, in offices, hospitals and even schools, conservatives are finding it imperative to engage these leftist thinkers ( or non-thinkers, as the case may be.)
The days of keeping silent are over for more and more of us - and sharing stories of how we speak up, emboldens een more to join in dialogue.
We have the facts, they only have the media soundbites. The facts are on our side.
Example: When co-workers were heard to be mocking President Bush's speech habits, a freeper spoke up with, "How many of you have listened to one of his speeches straight through?" Three of the four in the group had never listened to one speech! the fourth made a disparaging remark.
The freeper replied, "You are basing your judgment of his speech on soundbites. If you listen to any professional speaker, you will hear errors in the course of a half-hour of talking. The media just focus on his."
