Well, sir, the Founders also saw fit that the State Legislatures elect/select both Senators each State sends to DeeCee to defend our State interests, but the RATS/RINOS changed that!! I think we've got about as many roads as we need the Federales to build and/or maintain, sir, and the States and Localities can take over 100% control of the highways and biways, IMHO!!
