Laughter is one of the best things for your mental and physical state.
======================
That's great news. I laughed all day Saturday over the un-patriot march. I laugh at RATS all the time. Listening to clips on Rush this morning is doing me a great amount of good.

I agree with everything in this article, except the last sentence.
That eating fat and or cholesterol business is malarky.

Try this simple test for strength, flexiblity and balance:
Sit on the floor, cross your legs, hold your arms extended in front of you and then stand up using only the scissors-action of your legs; I am 62 and I have been doing this naturally all my life (I am 6 feet tall weigh 140 lbs and still wear the same size clothes I wore at 19).

One program that has worked to extend lifespans in every species they've tested it on: "caloric restriction" or "undernutrition".
They haven't finished the experiments for primates but results look good so far.
Roy Walford advocates the diet for humans, and he and his daughter have gone on this diet. I think she says that she feels cold and hungry all the time.

The same things don't always work for all people, one should be aware of one's family history, etc.
Therefore I'll follow my father's advice: Hold perfectly still.
Pa was born on September 8, 1907 and died November 19, 2002, aged 95 years and six weeks, still in possession of all his marbles, driving, running his tax preparation business and pinching nurses right 'til the end.
(P.S. - I told him that damn tobacco would kill him!)
