Prison chief arrested in child porn probe (Along with London Labour Assemblyman Yusef Azad)

A prison governor has been arrested by police investigating child pornography on the Internet.

Terry McLaren, 47, the deputy head of Bullingdon Prison, near Bicester in Oxfordshire, was bailed by police...

Who guitarist Pete Townshend was also arrested and bailed in connection with the inquiry.

A civil servant with the London Assembly has also been arrested as part of the inquiry. The 39-year-old, named in London's Evening Standard as Yusef Azad, was arrested at his home in Brixton, south London, and his computer equipment seized by child protection officers.

Actually it was my post from the Evening Standard, and it went something like this:

"The development comes as public figures who have been tempted to view child porn on the internet were bracing themselves after it was revealed that two former Labour cabinet ministers are under investigation." Porn Probe

No news yet, but wait for the shoe to drop!

It's been so long since the governments of Callaghan and Wilson that I think these two almost certainly have to have been members of Blair's cabinet. Let's see. Davies was forced to leave. Can't be Mandelson, because he's back in the cabinet, isn't he? Who else has left Blair's government?
