You can bet I wrote CYA memos all over the place, documenting the client request and the precise reason I was visiting the site. Given the memos, a written client request, the nature of your job and a history of not visiting other suspect sites, a jury of peers would never convict you...at least if I were on the jury. Pete Townshend better not have BEGUN his "book research" by visiting these sites.....

One of my clients, a large Internet access provider, asked me to visit a possible child porn site a few years ago to determine whether it was unlawful and should be shut down. I couldn't even get into the site without providing a credit card Couldn't they access the website on their own servers??? Or am I missing something here?
