Hah, your # 33 was so funny, and so true. I live in Florida but was born and raised in the western Chi suburbs. Last time I went up north to visit my family, I got rear-ended just sitting and waiting at a traffic light. Then someone rear-ended the first rear-ender! And I had new car, to boot.
What a fine kettle of Lake Michigan smelts!

I got rear-ended a year ago, because, (silly me), I stopped so the Fire Department could respond to a fire!
Also, winter driving in Chicago are REAL cahracter-builders!
