BJ Clinton to be at NYU Tuesday, All DAY
The Note by ABC | Jnuary 9th ,2002

Posted on 01/09/2003 6:51:26 AM PST by alisasny

Tuesday brings the second annual William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Foundation Forum at New York University, on "the realities of globalization." The FPOTUS will make introductory remarks around 9:30 am, deliver the keynote at 2:45 p.m., and offer closing remarks at 5:10 p.m.. Former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin will moderate the first panel at 10:00 am. The kinda wacky-looking 3:30 p.m. panel will feature Bernie Shaw, Sandy Berger, George Soros, and Senator Chuck Hagel.

Can someone ping the NYC list, or point me in the direction of it.

Thanks

Yep-lots of "dead time" on that schedule. Plenty of time for a prenooner, nooner, and afternooner.

None of the liberal heavy hitters ever come to St Louis. I would love to go to something like this just to heckle Bill Clinton about pardoning Puerto Rican terrorists, Chinagate, Monicagate, Pardongate, Elian Gonzalez, stealing White House stuff, drug use in the White House, the condom Christmas Tree, the LAX haircut, the USS Cole, Somalia, the "Agreed Framework", NAFTA, Kosovo, Madeline Albright,..........

What I have seen of NYU, which admittedly isn't very much, makes me think that it is an appropriately leftist setting for Clinton.

Be sure to have plenty of William Judas Clinton sexual predator alerts to hand out to attendees.

When we protested Clinton in Denver I saw a guy with this sign: "CLINTON, WE HAVE YOU SURROUNDED, PUT DOWN THE CIGAR, BACK AWAY FROM THE INTERN, AND COME OUT WITH YOUR PANTS UP!!" LOL!!

Ohio! (did I say that right in Nipponese??)...anyhow, this reminds me of a USMC buddy who told me that when he was a kid, and times were hard, his father took the school janitorial job, much to my bud's embarrassment.

Sure enough, some kid got the flu and did the barf alert thing in his classroom, and daddy was summoned with the cleanup powder....pop took one look and blew his OWN beets right there.

Just use the party list -- without Mad Ivan's name, of course. :)

Nothing I'd love more than to do the Cop Cheer to the bastard in person.

There aren't any campus babes; the students are gone. NYU takes a month-long break between semesters, and classes don't start up again until the 21st. He's gonna be speechifying in a ghost town.

Wrong. We're completely apathetic, one of the least politically-active student bodies in the country. It probably has to do with the fact that we're smack in the middle of the real world, instead of roped off on some campus for four solid years.

Oh, well I am happy to be wrong, then.

I was there a couple years ago, looking at colleges with my daughter, in the library they had posters around that bragged about past NYU student protests against what I remember as being something like the free market.

My grandfather went there, around 1920, I think.

So, do you like Manhatten?
